This Privacy Policy applies to all agents who register for, access, or use the Platform and services provided by Propviss Technology Sdn. Bhd. (“Propviss”).
In this Privacy Policy, "Platform" means the Propviss technology platform, including the agent dashboard, software, tools, and services provided to subscribing agents, and "Website" means the Propviss website and any website created, powered, hosted, or managed by Propviss for an agent.
This Privacy Policy explains how Propviss ("Propviss", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and otherwise processes Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and other applicable laws and regulations collectively, the "Data Protection Laws".
Agents who receive Personal Data through the Website or Platform are independently responsible for their own compliance with applicable Data Protection Laws.
By registering, accessing or using the Platform, you the “Agent”, “you”, or “your” acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your Personal Data in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy supplements and does not supersede or replace any other consents you may previously have provided to us, nor does it affect any rights which we may have at law in connection with the collection, use, disclosure, or processing of your Personal Data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, industry practices, or legal and regulatory requirements. Subject to your rights under applicable law, your continued use of the Website or Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service in relation to Personal Data or privacy matters, this Privacy Policy shall prevail.

In this Privacy Policy, references to "Personal Data" include sensitive personal data, where applicable.

2.3 Where you provide Personal Data relating to any third party, including property owners, landlords, tenants, purchasers, co-broking agents, employees, or authorized representatives, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary notices, consents, and authorizations to disclose such Personal Data to us and for us to collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process such Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2.4 You are responsible for ensuring that all Personal Data submitted to us is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
3. Purposes for the Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Data
3.1 We may collect, use, and disclose your Personal Data for the following purposes:

3.2 The Agent acknowledges and agrees that Personal Data submitted through the Website or Platform, including Personal Data relating to property owners, landlords, tenants, purchasers, prospects, and other third parties, may be collected, used, disclosed, and processed by Propviss for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Where such Personal Data is disclosed to or accessed by the relevant Agent, the Agent shall be solely responsible for its own collection, use, disclosure, and processing of such Personal Data in compliance with applicable Data Protection Laws.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data
4.1 Subject to applicable law, we may disclose your Personal Data to:
(a) our related corporations and affiliates;
(b) our service providers, vendors, consultants and business partners;
(c) professional advisers, contractors, auditors, insurers, and financial institutions;
(d) regulatory authorities, governmental agencies, and law enforcement bodies; and
(e) any other person to whom you authorize us to disclose your Personal Data.
4.2 Where required by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to require third parties to whom we disclose Personal Data on our behalf to protect such Personal Data in a manner consistent with applicable Data Protection Laws.

10.1 Propviss shall not be responsible for the Agent's independent collection, use, disclosure, or processing of Personal Data, or for any dealings, communications, or transactions between the Agent and any property owner, landlord, tenant, purchaser, prospect, or other third party.
11. Language
11.1 In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of this Privacy Policy and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
12. International Data Transfers
12.1 Your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside Malaysia where Propviss, its related corporations, affiliates, or service providers operate. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that such Personal Data is afforded a standard of protection comparable to that required under applicable Data Protection Laws.
